Close your Docu Performer.- Start PerformanceProfiler.exe.
Start Docu Performer.- Reproduce your error you want to parse /test.
- Your log will be automatically saved to your log folder in the background (C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\BI Docu Performer\Log).
As soon the error occurs, please stop your all your actions inside the Docu Performer. This prevents the log from clogging unnecessary and helps to find the issue inside the log for the support team.
- Send the PerformanceProfiling.log to the Docu Performer Support Team for further analysis.
