Summary

This BW -Trace trace can be used to log the precise the exact communication between the BW SAP -System system and the Docu the Performer Suite.
The result of the trace tracing can be analyzed and the cause of issues can be revealedidentified.

No reporting The traces contain no report data or passwords are contained in the traces!

Advance information

(Activation and Deactivation is described below)

• As soon as the trace is activated, extended logs will be generated in the 'Log' folder (C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\BI Docu Performer Suite\Log\BwConnectionTrace\PerformerSuite).
• Example of the 'Log' folder (there may be more log files):

Step-by-Step instruction

1.  Close the Docu Performer Go to the the Performer Suite
2. Navigate to your install path ..\DocuPerformerPerformerSuite_root\DocuPerformer\Core\Main

3. Open the file DocuPerformerPerformerSuite.exe.config with a notepad
   
4. Set value ActivateERPConnectTracing to true
   The ~(the trace is now activated)
5. Only execute the relevant actions inside the Docu Performer the Performer Suite (makes the search easier)
6. Deactivate When you are finished, switch the trace off again:
   1.  Close Docu Performer  Close Performer Suite
   2. Set value ActivateERPConnectTracing back to false
      ~(the trace is now deactivated)
