In case you want to have predefined content for certain chapters of entity comments you can set default values for the Comment Template chapters. In the sample below a table with headers was inserted in the chapter "Version" of the Comment Template for Composite Provider:Image Removed

When a user creates a new comment for a CompositeProvider, the table inserted in the Comment Template is initially displayed in the chapter "Version":Image Removed

Note

  • The default text is language-dependent, it has to be set separately for each language that is used for commenting.

  • You can also copy & paste the default text from a Word document (in Word you have even more formatting possibilities e.g. for setting background colors of table-cells).

Show Default-text in documentations

The The default-text is  is the entered text in the Comment-Items: 'Rich Text', 'Text Box', and 'Multiline Text Box'.

In this example, the chapter "Version" is taken into account as it contains initial content. Thus the table is integrated into the documentation of a CompositeProvider, even if it has not been edited in the commentary itself.
