After creating the Function Modules in the developmentsystemthey have to be transported to the quality assurance and production systems.
The automatic creation of the Function Modules has no relation to the transport mechanism. In case of updates, the Function Modules are created as temporary objects.

The following steps are required to write the entire Function Group including all elements on a transport:

  1. Call transaction SE80 and select the Function Group that was set up for the creation of the Function Modules.

  4. Add the Function Group to transport.

  7. Add every Function Module to transport.

  10. Add TOP-Include to transport.

  12. Adding TOP-Include to the transport via the context menuImage Added

  13. Add the XX-Include to transport, the same way as the TOP-Include.

  14. Check if everything was added to the transport.

  16. Transport containing the Function Group, Function Modules and the IncludesImage Added

  17. After the transport is done, check in the target systems if the Function Modules are installed correctly.

Tip

If the prefix of the Function Modules is not the Standard "Z_" you have to check and save the prefix in every system!
