The use case is that you want to adjust the database connection for all your "Performer Suite" users , either because because the connection to your database has changed (e.g. the server name or the SQL user has changed in some way).

You only have to enter the connection data once actively and successfully (e.g. on your PC) and can then send this XML file to your colleagues.
Connection data to your database is stored (encrypted) in the ConnectionData.xml file. "C:\PerformerSuite\AppData\ConnectionData\ConnectionData.xml"

Step-by-step guide

1.  Close Close the Docu Performer Suite
2. Create a backup of your current ConnectionData.xml (...\AppData\ConnectionData)
3. Delete your current ConnectionData.xml
4. Now, start the Performer Suite and enter the new connection parameters
5. Follow the configuration wizard until the connection is successful
6. Start the Performer Suite once completely to successfully test the connection data successfully
7. Done - You can now send the new ConnectionData.xml to your colleagues
8. Now, your colleagues Your colleagues can overwrite their ConnectionDatatheir ConnectionData.xml (...\AppData\ConnectionData) and start the Performer Suite as usual
