- As soon as the trace is activated, extended logs will be generated in the 'Log' folder (C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\PerformerSuite\Log\BoConnectionTrace).

Step-by-Step instruction
- Close the Performer Suite
- Delete folder '\Settings_off' (Path: "C:\Users\<USERS>\Documents\PerformerSuite\Settings_off")
- Start the Performer Suite (the latest version of the TraceConfig.xml is now created within the 'Settings_off' folder)
- Close the Performer Suite again
Navigate to path 'C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\PerformerSuite'.
- Rename the folder '\Settings_off' to only '\Settings'
~(the trace is now activated) - Execute Start the Performer Suite and execute the relevant BO actions in the Performer Suite actions you want to trace.
- When you are finished, switch off the trace off again:
- Close Performer Close the Performer Suite
- Rename the folder back to '\Settings_off'
~(the trace is now deactivated)
- Please send all the 'BO'-log files zipped to the Performer Suite Support Team
...
- Close the Performer Suite
- Delete the folder Settings_off
- (Delete the folder Settings_off)
- Start the Performer Suite again. This will immediately generate the latest "TraceConfig.xml" in folder "\Documents\PerformerSuite\Settings_off"the Performer Suite (an updated version of the TraceConfig.xml is created within the 'Settings_off' folder)
- Close the Performer Suite
- Repeat Start the Step-by-Step instruction above from the start with point 4.
