The Tool “Copy Reporting Elements”, also included in the Migration/Modeling tool, is able to copy complete Query-Definitions, Structures or Restricted and Calculated Key Figures from a source-InfoProvider to a target-InfoProvider.
Following application scenarios are possible:
- Copying a Query from an InfoCube to another InfoProvider, even if this one contains different InfoObjects
- Copying a Query developed by the production system into the development system
