In order to implement translations as comfortably and consistently as possible, the add-on includes its own dictionary.
Executed translations by you are recorded automatically in this dictionary and will be proposed for further translations.

You can find the dictionary in the ribbon bar:

With "Custom Dictionary" it is possible to edit the content of the dictionary.
Entries can be added, edited, or deleted here:

Via the Column Chooser, you can select the columns you want.
The -button saves your current layout and the current columns will automatically be restored on the next dictionary startup.

To restore the default layout press the -button.

After loading the objects into your workspace, it is possible to integrate the descriptions into the dictionary.

The dictionary can then be exported into an Excel sheet, in which the translations can be maintained.
This Excel sheet can then be re-imported into Translation Steward and is then integrated into your dictionary.

After the dictionary has been maintained, Translation Steward proposes translations if they have been defined in the dictionary:

The -button indicates a translation proposal that can be applied for the specific description.

(info) You can apply all available proposals with the following button:

After you press the proposal button, all translation proposals are accepted and entered as descriptions.
The bold text in the fields indicates the translated texts:
