Step by step

  1. Start PasswordUnblocker.exe

  2. Enable the checkbox, if you want to reset the Admin password (or enter a username) and press Start

  3. Navigate to your ‘ConnectionData’-folder and open your ConnectionData.xml.
    (the path should be similar to C:\PerformerSuite\AppData\ConnectionData\ConnectionData.xml)

  4. Your password is now set to DocuUserPass_123 (or DocuUserPass123, if your version is <22.2.0)

     

  5. You can then freely change your password here again: https://manual.performersuite.de/change-password
