Latest version and update cycle
Summary
We continuously improve the Performer Suite with new features and monthly bugfixes.
Major releases are distributed by email to your key person in your organization, approximately every 6 months.
We recommend that you update every 6 months to experience all improvements.
It is strongly recommended to update at least once a year.
To download the latest bugfixes, you can use our new Customer Login Area https://portal.bluetelligence.de/registration/start.

Limitation
Updating will only be possible in stages from February 2019.

Starting in 2019 you can only update 3 major releases higher than you currently are, e.g., from 23.1 to 24.2 = or from 24.2 to 26.1 =
If you try to jump 4 major releases, i.e. from 24.1 → 26.1 = not possible
In this case, first, you have to update to 24.2, then to 26.1.
Outdated database
Your database will be considered outdated if it is too old.
