Connection: Use more than one XML ConnectionData file

Summary

With the Command Line Argument “-c” on the PerformerSuite.exe shortcut you can redirect the .EXE to a different database (e.g. one for your testing DB and one for the productive DB).

Example:

C:\PerformerSuite\PerformerSuite.exe" -c "C:\PerformerSuite\AppData\ConnectionData\ConnectionData_SQLServer.xml

Please keep in mind that different versions of the PerformerSuite.exe application must use different databases to avoid incompatibility.

See: Update: Does the update of DB and client have to take place synchronously?
