There is a quick way to stop and uninstall the running services with a Command Prompt, registry or alternative with an old Automation Tool.

Uninstall within the AutoTool

1. Run any AutomationTool as administrator.
2. At the bottom or top (new ui), you find the button "uninstall services".
   
   

Uninstall via 'Command Prompt'

1. Run the 'Command Prompt' as administrator.
   
   
   
2. Enter the following command to stop and uninstall the Performer Suite Scenario generation service:
   'sc stop ScenarioGenerationService'
   'sc delete ScenarioGenerationService'
   
   
   
3. Enter the following command to stop and uninstall the Performer Suite sync Service:
   'sc stop SyncService'
   'sc delete SyncService'
   

Uninstall via 'Registry'

1. Open your 'Registry Editor'.
    
   
   
2. Move to 'Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ScenarioGenerationService'
3. Delete the entry 'ScenarioGenerationService'
   
   
   
4. Move to 'Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SyncService'
5. Delete the entry 'SyncService'
   
   
   
6. Reboot your PC.
