Do I need the Connection Tester?

Please use our tool 'Connection Tester' in the following cases:

1. If you want to test your SAP connection.
2. If you want to create a draft license for us.

Which version to download?

• Is your current Performer Suite version >= 20.2?
  → Download: ConnectionTester_v202+
• Is your current Performer Suite version lower than 20.2?
  → Download: ConnectionTester_v201-

Step-By-Step

1. Start the ConnectionTester.
2. Already have a license file or a draft license? Press 'choose License' at the top and the parameters are loaded straight from the file.
   1. Your first start instead? Manually enter your current SAP parameter (see below on how to find your correct parameter for BW, BO, HANA, and SAC)
3. Press 'Check current Connection' to see, if your connection is successful.
   
   
4. Continue to adjust your parameters, until the 'Results window' shows 'Connection works' for all your systems.
5. Press 'Create license file' (at the bottom of the app) to create a draft (to continue another time).
   
   
6. Or send your draft license straight to us (info@bluetelligence.de) and we will convert the draft into your productive license.
