Summary
The AutomationTool requires a connection to your SQL-DB with an SQL-User.
How-To: Establish SQL Server connection
Error
Cause
The Performer Suite SAP-Sync (Service in the background) cannot run with a Windows Authorization.
Solution
- Your DB admin team can create an SQL user for you and set it as db_owner
How-To: Create Database User
With this SQL user, all your colleagues can also connect to the DB
- Connect to your DB using "SQL-Authorization
- Done - now you should be able to start the "Services" for the AutomationTool
