Multi-Level Usage of Roles

The function can be found in the System Scout:

This System Scout function provides you a quick overview of the use of a particular role in other roles or users.

This function supports only Roles, so you will find this System Scout function in the context menu of roles.

First of all, a certain role has to be selected on the left side:

You can also use the "Multiline-Filter" to search for multiple roles. Click on the -button to execute the function for the selected roles.
The analysis checks the use of the role in all other roles and users. As a result, all roles and users in which the selected roles are used are displayed:

The Multi-Level Usage of Roles function supports you as a housekeeping function and helps you to optimize User Administration and Role Management in HANA. It supports you to find redundant distributions of Roles.
