General settings for comments

General settings for comments can be maintained by clicking on “Comments” in the tab “General” of  the settings area (which is called from the "Documentation" tab). These settings influence the font type and size in the comments text boxes.

Another setting that can be defined in the "Export" > " General" area is whether the entity comments should be exported together with the technical documentation. When this option is ticked, the comments that are set to an entity will be included as separate chapter in the Word export when creating entity documentations.
