Roles

Manage Roles

Roles with customized levels of authorizations and restrictions can be assigned to each user. In the "Roles“ tab, existing roles can be displayed, edited and deleted. Also, new roles can be created. Each user can be assigned to one single role.

Default Roles

After installation, Performer Suite provides the following standard roles:

Full Administrator
This role is assigned to the admin user by default. It has always full authorizations. This role cannot be deleted or edited.

Scenario Administrator
This role provides authorization for Scenario management. It cannot be deleted or edited.

Default SAP BW User
This role is assigned to SAP BW users, who will automatically be created while logging in to Performer Suite with their SAP user name and password – if this function is
enabled in the settings This role cannot be deleted, but edited.

Default SAP BO User
This role is assigned to SAP BO users, who will automatically be created while logging in to Performer Suite with their SAP user name and password – if this function is
enabled in the settings. This role cannot be deleted, but edited.

Default SAP HANA User
This role is assigned to SAP HANA users, who will automatically be created while logging in to Performer Suite with their SAP user name and password – if this function is
enabled in the settings. This role cannot be deleted, but edited.

Default SAC User
This role is assigned to SAC users, who will automatically be created while logging in to Performer Suite with their SAP user name and password – if this function is
enabled in the settings. This role cannot be deleted, but edited.

User
This standard role cannot be deleted, but edited.
