It is possible to automatically assign new objects to and remove objects deleted from the SAP system from scenarios during the synchronization.

Automatic Unassignment of deleted Objects

To use the possibility to automatically unassign objects, that were deleted from the SAP system, from your scenario, you have to activate this option in the scenario properties.

The deleted objects will then automatically be removed from the scenario while the synchronization.

Automatic Assignment of new Objects

The automatic assignment of objects has to be activated in the Assignment Rules settings of a Structure Element in a scenario.

You then have to select one or more systems from which objects should be assigned. All new objects from these systems that fit the assignment rule will then be assigned while the synchronization.
