The Migration Booster supports your SAP BW/4HANA migration projects. It revolutionizes migration by allowing automated mass renamings of objects before the system migration and preserving already established Queries while remaining highly user-friendly. This accelerates your migration projects and is easy on your wallet.


 Migrate InfoProvider & InfoObjects
  • Choose a manageable data model in your old BW system and think about which contained objects should be renamed.
  • Create a new migration project in the Migration Booster.
  • Maintain the renamings in an Excel file and load this into your migration project.
  • Import the InfoProviders of the data model of your choice into the project.
  • Open the imported objects and make possible adjustments and further renamings.
  • Export the adjusted objects into your new BW/4HANA system.
 Copy Queries onto new InfoProvider
  • Choose the old Queries of your InfoProvider.
  • Choose the newly created InfoProvider in th enew BW/4HANA system as the target provider.
  • Adjust the dependent reportting elements of the Query and perform renamings - based on your renamings file.
  • (If neccessary) Remove InfoObjects that you no longer need in the new system.
  • Copy the Query onto the new InfoProvider.
