Create new 3rd Party Entities
- Use the context menu from the Entity Tree
- Use the "Add" button in the toolbar
In the context menu of the Entity Grid you can find a "Copy"-option to copy an already existing entity.
Delete
and edit a 3rd Party Entity
- Use the context menu of the Entity Grid
- Use the "Edit" and "Delete" button in the toolbar
Excel Upload
Another possibility for a mass creation of 3rd Party Entities are the Excel Upload. You can find two buttons in the toolbar for "Excel Download" and "Excel Upload".
The Excel Export downloads a general structure of all fields for all 3rd Party Entities and all Entity Types. With this downloaded Excel file it is easier to create a valid Excel file for the upload.
The Excel Import uploads mass 3rd Party Entities. Please pay attention that you use valid fields and Entity Types.
