If you are unsure of your current SAP login parameters, you can use our tool 'Connection Tester'.
You can simply input your SAP login parameter and check the connection. If the Results window shows "Connection works" you can forward your parameter to us, which then will be reflected in your license file.

Be advised, the Docu Performer (DP) needs to be restarted after any system changes you performed (to load the changes properly). If you do not restart the DP, it could happen to fail to connect successfully, even if your system parameters are now correct. |
