Did either of the following parameters change? Please message support@bluetelligence.de for a license adjustment.
- System ID (SID)
- Hostname/IP address /Server
- Client number
- Router
- Logon Group
- Instance /System number
- SNC /SSO
If you are unsure of your current SAP login parameters, you can use our tool 'Connection Tester'.
You can simply input your SAP login parameter and check the connection. If the Results window shows "Connection works" you can forward your parameter to us, which then will be reflected in your license file.

Be advised, the Performer Suite (PS) needs to be restarted after any system changes you performed (to load the changes properly).
Example: You adjusted your services-file or pasted new LIB RFC files into your System32 folder -> Restart your PS.
If you do not restart the PS, it could happen to fail to connect successfully, even if your system parameters are now correct.

Solution (check Login parameters)
Please double-check the following parameters:
- SID
- UserName
- Password
- Server
- Router (make sure the input starts and ends with /H/ )
- SystemNumber
- ClientNumber
