It is possible to automatically:
- assign new entities to a Scenario during an SAP synchronization.
- remove entities from a Scenario, which been deleted in your SAP system, during an SAP synchronization.
Automatic Unassignment of deleted Objects
To automatically unassign entities (that have been deleted from your SAP system) from your Scenario, you must enable this option in the Scenario properties.
The deleted entities are then automatically removed from the Scenario during the SAP synchronization.
Automatic Entity Assignment (new entities)
The automatic assignment of entities can be enabled in the Assignment Rules of a Structure Element in a Scenario.
Select one or more SAP systems from which entities are to be assigned.
All new entities from these SAP systems that match the assignment rule are assigned during the SAP synchronization.
