- Decide about your Performer Suite setup (our recommendations)
- Install overview of the Performer Suite
- Check the System Requirements.
- Provide your SAP-User the necessary SAP Authorizations.
- Download the Performer Suite
- Install the Performer Suite and the AutomationTool
- Open the setup and follow the wizard of the Installation Process and the Configuration Process
- Select the Databases
- Import the HANA Delivery Unit in your HANA system
- Add the BO credentials to the Performer Suite to establish an SAP BO Connection
- Install the Function Modules to perform the entire functionality of the Performer Suite
- Log on to the application and start the synchronization of your systems
- Define Roles and Users via the User Management to set permissions.
- Define several settings:
- Define Templates and Variants for Commenting Administration and the Documentation Administration
- Analyze, comment and document your Business Warehouse, Business Objects, HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud & 3rd Party entities
- Translate descriptions and migrate BW entities
- Create Scenarios and assign SAP entities and 3rd Party entities to the Scenario to document several entities
- Schedule an automated background export of the created Scenarios
- Update Performer Suite as we release new versions
