Summary
The Performer Suite (PS) can run be in a Citrix environment.
Like most things in IT - it is a matter of the correct configuration.
Tips
- On Citrix, you can install the Performer Suite to "C:\Program Files\Performer Suite"
- Give write-rights to this installation folder.
- Working with 3rd Party Objects, you need write-rights to the following folder ..\Performer Suite\Images
- Redirect the following folders to the Home drive: "..\Documents\PerformerSuite\Log" (PerformerSuite.log)
- Various "Command Line Arguments" can be used to help you to redirect specific folders.
Please keep in mind your Performer Suite needs a working connection to your database and to to your SAP systems.
- The file „C:\Program Files\Performer Suite\AppData\ConnectionData\ConnectionData.xml“ contains the encrypted path to your PS database.
- If a connection to your SAP-System is not working, adjust your services file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\services) (learn more)
