Location

C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\BI Docu Performer\Log

If you cannot find a Log-file in the default location, your IT is probably redirecting the path.
Run a Windows Search to find the DocuPerformer.log.

Content of the log

v19.3+ will show extended information. This information is helpful for our support team.
