Up to date

Make sure that the entities in Performer Suite are up to date with your SAP systems.
We recommend using Automated Synchronization and run a synchronization every night.

This prevents you from missing new entities from your SAP systems in the Performer Suite and from working with (in your SAP) deleted entities in the Performer Suite.

Working with deleted entities

If your Performer Suite is not up to date, you might be running an analysis function or documentation on an entity that has already been deleted.
For documentation and Scenario exports, we display a hint below the General Information chapter (see below).

For analysis functions, we try to display it directly in the UI or in the generated Excel documentation (see below).

This handling is not yet implemented for all functionalities.
