Edit Scenarios

Scenarios can be edited in terms of their structure and their content in the Scenario Designer. The Scenario Designer has two modes: The “Edit Mode” and the "Comment Mode".

The structure of the Scenario can be created and edited in the Edit Mode. Doing this, it’s possible to combine Scenario-specific text elements, list elements and images with SAP objects and their comments, and structure them in chapters and subchapters. The content of individual items can be accessed via the context menu.

Overview of relevant operations in Scenario Designer:

• Add Structure Items to the Scenario
• Assign SAP Objects in the Scenario or Consumable Scenarios based on defined Assignment Rules.
• Comment the inserted elements of the Scenario
• Export the Scenario for a specific target group.
