HANA Login Types

Similar to the Launcher for BW, there are also two different user types that can be selected to enter the Performer Suite for HANA:

1. Application user

2. SAP HANA user

Application user

Open

After the application is installed and licensed, a default user name and password are available, with full administrator permissions:

• User type: Application user

• User ID: admin

• Password: the password was set during the initial configuration, after the first start of the application.

 Once logged in, the administrator has full system permissions and can define additional user profiles with their own specific permissions.

SAP HANA user

Open

The Performer Suite is designed for direct access with a valid SAP HANA user.
So users that have an SAP HANA User-ID and password in the licensed SAP system can enter and use the application. The role "SAP HANA user" will be automatically assigned to them.

We deliver the following role authorization via the Delivery Unit: docuPerformer.api::docuPerformerApi
This role must be assigned to each user who has access to the Performer Suite in SAP HANA (Eclipse/Studio).
