Additional custom fields

The Docu Performer allows setting a customer-specific attribute that can be assigned to all entities. The additional column can be added to the grid using the column chooser and it is possible to select entities by the given values. The field name and allowed values can be set in the settings area "Comments and Custom fields" in the general settings:

You can for example rate the entities regarding, if they contain data with personal references:

Column Name for custom column set to Personal reference and Category 1 to 5 set to different criticallity statuses

After customizing the field name and values you can assign the values to entities using the context menu:
