Create Scenario Templates

Scenario Templates can be opened via the "Administration" > "Documentation" > "Scenario Templates" area in the Performer Suite:

Scenario Templates can also be selected directly in the Scenario Designer:

The Scenario Template can only be selected if the role of the user has the authorization to save Scenario Templates

Creating a scenario template works in the same way as creating a classic scenario.

It is not possible to add Consumable Scenarios and objects into the structure of a Scenario Template.

We recommend adding reusable content to the Scenario Template like:

  • Structure items

  • Rich text items

  • Text box items

  • Images

  • Word files

Application-specific elements such as objects should be added in the scenario itself and can not be added in the scenario template!

It's also possible to convert a classic Scenario into a Scenario Template:
