Excel Import and Export

An import replaces all your current entries in your Dictionary

The import overwrites your current Dictionary in Translation Steward.
To ensure that no translations are lost, always run an Excel export first and intentionally adjust your data.

You can maintain in bulk, your Translation Steward Dictionary with the help of Excel.

The export downloads your current Dictionary with the columns for all languages.
That file can be maintained and adjusted in Excel.

After you finish your adjustments, you can re-import your Excel file into the Dictionary again.
