Summary
The support for the Performer Suite is continuously maintained.
We do not differentiate between standard and extended maintenance.
A bugfix is released monthly.
Bug fixes are currently only delivered to customers with reported bugs via our Service Desk.
Urgent cases receive a hotfix within a few days.
A major update is released 3x per year (approx. every 4 months) and delivered via email to key persons in your company.

End-of-life
Once a major version is released, fixes will no longer take place in old versions!
Ultimately, you decide when you want to update. We are not able to "turn off" old versions.
If you are still satisfied with your current version, you can use this version for multiple years.
We strongly recommend updating at least 1x per year to get all the improvements.
