Up to date

Pay attention that the entities in the Performer Suite are up to date with your SAP systems. We recommend to use Automated Synchronization and run a synchronization every night. This prevents you from missing new entities from your SAP systems in the Performer Suite and from working with (in SAP) deleted entities in Performer Suite.

Working with deleted entities

When your Performer Suite is not up to date it could be that you are starting an analysis function or documentation from an already deleted entity. The Performer Suite tries to handle it in an unambiguous way.

For documentation and scenario exports we display it underneath the General Information chapter (see below).

For analysis functions, we try to display it directly in the UI or in the generated Excel documentation (see below).

This handling is not yet implemented for all functionalities.
