If you are unsure of your current SAP login parameters, you can use our tool 'Connection Tester' (see link below).
You can simply input your SAP login parameter and check the connection. If the Results window shows "Connection works" you can forward your parameter to us, which then will be reflected in your licence license file.

Be advised, the Docu Performer (DPthe Performer Suite (PS) needs to be restarted to load in after any system changes you didperformed (to load the changes properly).
