This Functionality is supported by the following types:

In case you want to generate a documentation of an entity that has been created after the last synchronization, it is not necessary to start a new synchronization. A fast alternative is to use the manual input of entities.
This functionality allows selecting entities directly from an SAP system. It can be reached from the "Create Document" ribbon:

After entering 3 digits the system proposes a list of values:
