Manage Web Roles
Roles with customized levels of authorizations and restrictions can be assigned to each Web Edition user.
In the "Roles“ tab , existing roles can be displayed, edited and deleted. Also new roles can be created. Each user can be assigned to one single role.
Default Web Roles
After installation, the Performer Suite provides the standard role "Default WebRole“. This role is assigned to users who are automatically created during login process. This role cannot be deleted, but edited.
Documentation Rights
User can create documentations
This authorization allows to create documentations within the Web Edition.
User can open list of created documents
This authorization allows to open a list with all object documentations within the Web Edition.
Commenting Rights
User can preview comments
This authorization allows to view comments on entities within the Web Edition.
User can edit comments
This authorization allows to add and edit comments on entities within the Web Edition.
Analysis Rights
User can see Data Flows
This authorization allows to show Data Flows for entities within the Web Edition.
User can see analysis/definitions
This authorization allows to display object definitions (e.g. a query structure) within the Web Edition.
User can run Where-Used Analysis
This authorization allows to run where-used analysis for entities within the Web Edition.
User can create Excel export
This authorization allows to export analysis results from the Web Edition to an Excel file.
